These terms govern your use of Property Cost Recovery. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

We provide a system to help you detect, evidence and pursue business rates recovery opportunities. We do not act as your agent with any billing authority — recommended actions and correspondence are prepared for your review, and any external submission is made by you or on your explicit instruction.

Accuracy

Calculations are produced by a deterministic engine from the data you provide and, where connected, a rates data source. Where a live data source is not connected, the application clearly labels figures as synthetic development data — never presented as real. You are responsible for verifying any figure before acting on it externally.

Your data

You retain ownership of the data you upload. We process it only to provide the service to you.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We will provide a reasonable window to export your data on request.

Liability

The service is provided to assist your own review process — it does not constitute professional rating or tax advice.
